Our restaurant is a slice of Hungary. We are an independent, family-owned restaurant in Aberystwyth. As the Welsh-Hungarian cultural ambassador of Hungary, we want to represent the beauty of Hungarian culture through the Hungarian cuisine. We only use Hungarian spices and ingredients for our dishes, which come from Hungary. The flavors of our food are unique and cannot be compared to anything else in the world. Magnificent Hungarian wines, pálinkas and beers make an irresistable perfect pair for our incredible dishes. Confit Duck Leg is a unique Hungarian duck speciality. The duck leg is slowly cooked in duck fat until the meat is meltingly soſt, then fried until the skin is golden brown. Served with red wine cabbage and aromatic mashed
